The SIRUBA ASO-STM100 is an automatic industrial drawstring threading machine designed to insert cords and drawstrings into waistbands of trousers, shorts, sportswear, and other garments. It is suitable for flat buttonholes, embroidered eyelets, and metal eyelets with openings of at least 5 mm.
Its automated threading process reduces repetitive manual work and improves production efficiency, completing the threading operation in approximately 9–12 seconds. The machine accommodates garment waist sizes from 80 to 170 cm, with an optional children’s wear attachment for waist sizes from 50 to 90 cm.
