The JUKI MH-486-54U/PF3 is a high-performance single-needle, double-chainstitch industrial sewing machine designed for light- to medium-weight materials. It features bottom feed with variable top feed, providing stable and precise material feeding, particularly when sewing elastic, layered or difficult-to-feed fabrics.
The PF3 partial shirring mechanism allows the machine to perform gathering operations, while the automatic thread trimmer improves productivity and provides clean thread finishing. The machine also incorporates a needle protection mechanism to help prevent skipped stitches.
This configuration is supplied with the M51N 750 W high-torque servo motor, SC-921 control box and CP-18 operation panel. JUKI specifies the SC-921/M51N system as a high-power, energy-saving control and motor combination.
