Every pet owner knows this small and clever “device”.
You can easily make pet waste bag dispenser from fabric scraps. The tutorial shows how to sew the simplest case in just a few minutes.
Time: approx. 30 minutes including preparation and cutting

Materials: any non-stretchable fabric: cotton, polyester, linen and other type non-elastic fabric
1. Cut two rectangles with dimensions from the below picture
2. On one of them, on the left side, draw a lengthwise line through the center. Then put the mark exactly in the middle of this line and mark a 2 cm section
3. Put both rectangles right sides together and sew them along the marked line, leaving the marked 2cm section unsewn.
It is best to sew the fabric with a strong stitch. Triple stitch is recommended.
4. Open the rectangles to the sides
5. Lockstitch the center hole along the entire length of the seam connecting the rectangles on both sides.
6. Fold the upper and lower edges of the rectangle’s short sides twice and sew them. Repeat on both sides.
7. Prepare either a piece of fabric, which will then be a strap for fastening, or simply a piece of a stronger, but thin string – the case must have a “hook” on the leash.
8. Fold the prepared rectangle so that the previously folded short sides overlap by 1 – 1.5 cm.
9. At one of the corners, place either a piece of string folded in half so that its ends stick out, or a previously prepared strap so that one end sticks out, and the other end must be hidden in the middle when sewing.
10. Sew the short sides of the folded case with a strong stitch, or do it several times. You can trim the remaining fabric and corners and zigzag over the edge.
11. Turn the whole thing over to the right side, push out the corners.
12. If you chose the version with a strap, punch one part of the snap on its end, and the other part on one of the case flaps.
If you chose a string loop – the string has to be at least 10-12 cm long (unfolded) and after sewing, a loop will be created through which the empty case is pulled and attached to the leash.
