The Jack A60+ is a high-performance 1-needle lockstitch machine equipped with automatic functions, a Direct Drive motor, and advanced fabric detection technology. Its innovative system automatically synchronizes material feeding with needle penetration force, adapting in real time to changes in fabric thickness. This ensures stable, even stitching on a wide range of materials without manual adjustments.
The machine inherits the extended 30.5 cm body design from the A5E-A series, providing more workspace for large sewing projects. At the core of the A60+ is the “Octopus Nine-brain” AI module, which enables intelligent automation by dynamically adjusting sewing parameters according to the thickness and type of fabric.
The closed lubrication system eliminates the traditional oil pan, using a small amount of oil in a sealed circulation system. This reduces oil consumption, prevents contamination, and ensures optimal lubrication of internal mechanisms. The high-torque motor provides strong penetration power, making the A60+ highly effective for multi-layer and thicker fabrics.
