The JACK H5K-CZ is an advanced industrial single-needle lockstitch machine designed for sewing and trimming heavy materials. It features a synchronized top-and-bottom feeding system that ensures smooth and consistent movement of multiple fabric layers, reducing material slippage and uneven stitching.
The integrated right-side cutting knife trims the fabric edge during sewing, producing a clean and professional finish. The knife mechanism can be switched off when edge trimming is not required.
Powered by an energy-saving 750W Direct Drive servo motor, the machine delivers strong feeding performance, quiet operation and efficient energy consumption. Its computerized control system provides automatic thread trimming, backtacking, needle positioning and programmable sewing functions.
