JACK M5-F13/F25/F1 – Programmable Automatic Sewing Machine
The JACK M5-F13/F25/F1 is an electronically controlled sewing machine designed for programmable pattern sewing on a large working area of 800 × 350 mm. It is ideal for sewing pockets, flaps, collars, epaulets, and other small items. The machine features a vacuum stabilization system with a 270 × 270 mm suction area, ensuring precise positioning of materials on the preparation table.
Equipped with a Direct Drive servo motor in the head and stepper motors, the machine guarantees high-quality, smooth sewing across various materials, without requiring specialized operator skills. The M5-F13/F25/F1 has an enlarged hook with double bobbin capacity and a lower thread break sensor for reliable operation.
All sewing parameters are programmed via an intuitive touchscreen panel. Patterns can be saved in the machine memory (up to 999 patterns) or on a USB drive. An RFID reader allows automatic pattern loading depending on the sewing operation. Optional versions with laser cutting are available. The machine requires connection to a compressed air system.
