The JACK M5-F13/F25 is an electronically controlled sewing machine designed for programmable pattern sewing on a large working area of 800 × 350 mm. It is ideal for sewing pockets, flaps, collars, epaulets, and other small components. The machine features a vacuum stabilization system with a suction area of 345 × 265 mm, allowing precise positioning of materials on the preparation table.

Equipped with a Direct Drive servo motor in the machine head and stepper motors, the M5-F13/F25 ensures high-quality, smooth sewing across various materials without requiring specialized operator skills. The machine comes with an enlarged hook for double bobbin thread capacity and a lower thread break sensor for continuous operation.

All parameters and patterns are programmed via a touchscreen panel. Patterns can be saved in the machine memory (up to 999 patterns) or on an external USB drive. An RFID reader allows automatic pattern loading depending on the type of sewing operation. The machine requires connection to a compressed air system and works with custom trays/cassettes for proper material handling.
