Krafft Garment Buttonhole KF-9820

An automatic 2-thread clothing buttonhole, equipped with an energy-saving servo motor built into the machine head and stepper motors controlling individual mechanisms. The machine sews buttonholes with or without a lap, with a cut before or after hemming, with or without a tapered bolt, as well as buttonholes with a transverse bolt.

Available subclasses:
KF-9820-01 – standard garment buttonhole that leaves a longer thread after cutting
KF-9820-02 – subclass for trousers and workwear leaving a short thread after cutting

Optionally, it is also possible to sew round buttonholes (only subclass KF-9820-01).

The most important parameters, m.in. the type and size of buttonhole sewing, cutting method, sewing speed, are programmed using a modern, clear control panel. For each type of buttonhole, it is possible to individually program the shape, width, type of cut, etc.
Programming function for cyclic sewing of several different types of buttonholes, thanks to which we sew holes in the product without having to change the machine. A quick change of the type of buttonhole, without difficult mechanical adjustments, gives the machine an ideal character for short-run production, with high pattern variation.

The design of the head body allows for longitudinal sewing of holes on long elements.
