The Siruba 757KT-516X3-56/DKKU is a robust 5-thread overlock machine engineered for sewing heavy and difficult fabrics such as denim, upholstery textiles, workwear, and other thick materials. With its dual transport system—bottom feed combined with a top walking foot—it ensures consistent and even fabric feeding. This design greatly improves stitching over bulky seams, layered areas, and heavy fabric sections, eliminating slippage and material shifting during sewing.
The machine is equipped with a Direct Drive energy-saving servo motor mounted directly on the machine’s main shaft. This modern solution ensures lower noise, reduced vibration, and up to 75% less energy consumption compared to traditional clutch motors. Centralized lubrication and a strong mechanical structure make the machine suitable for continuous industrial use. Optionally, the 757KT can be equipped with pneumatic accessories for chain cutting, presser foot lifting, and scrap suction, offering automation for higher productivity.
