Fully automatic station for hemming the edge of clothing elements, such as sleeves, pockets, POLO and T-Shirt bottoms flat. The machine is equipped with a Siruba C007L-W812A-356/CRL head sewing with a 2-needle ladder stitch and a conveyor belt guiding the sewn materials. Automatic hemming of the edge and cutting and suction of excess material, as well as thread cutting and a stacker that automatically puts away sewn elements. Such solutions ensure the highest quality and repeatability of stitching and very high efficiency. The automatic sewing process means that the operator’s work is reduced only to placing the clothing elements in the work zone.
