The Siruba BH-9820-01 is an advanced automatic 2-thread buttonhole machine designed for high precision and versatility in garment production. Equipped with an energy-efficient servo motor integrated into the machine head and stepper motors controlling individual mechanisms, this machine delivers smooth, reliable operation. It can sew various types of buttonholes including with or without gimp (eyelet), straight or converging bartacks, and buttonholes with cross bars. The model BH-9820-01 can also optionally produce round buttonholes with interchangeable cutting parts.
All key sewing parameters such as buttonhole type, size, cutting method, and sewing speed are programmable through a modern, intuitive control panel that displays settings graphically for ease of use. Each buttonhole pattern can be individually customized, including shape, width, and trimming options. The machine supports cyclic stitching for multiple buttonhole types without the need to reset, making it ideal for short runs and high-mix production. Its specially designed machine head also allows longitudinal buttonholing on long garment pieces. This model requires a compressed air connection.
