The Siruba BT-430A-02 is a high-performance, electronically controlled bartacking machine designed for medium to heavy-weight fabrics. It features a powerful 550W energy-efficient servo motor and stepper motors that ensure precise control of both material movement and presser foot pressure.
An improved closed-circuit lubrication system supplies oil only to the hook mechanism, preventing leakage from the needle bar area and avoiding fabric staining. A new thread trimming system leaves a shorter thread tail after cutting, ensuring clean stitch finishes and minimizing manual trimming.
The intuitive touchscreen control panel offers clear visual guidance, enabling the creation, preview, and storage of custom stitching patterns. Stitch length and width can be adjusted smoothly, and patterns can be transferred via USB. The machine can also be easily adapted to function as a 2-thread button sewing machine (with optional components).
This model is ideal for applications requiring strong, precise tack stitching, including denim, canvas, and technical textiles.
