The Siruba DL7200C-BX2-16Q is an advanced 1-needle computerized lockstitch machine designed for medium and heavy materials, such as denim, upholstery, thick technical fabrics, or leather. Equipped with a Direct Drive servo motor mounted directly on the main shaft, it ensures reduced vibration, quieter operation, and lower energy consumption.
A key feature of this model is its stepping motor that precisely controls both stitch length and reverse stitching. It allows for stitch length adjustments with 0.1 mm accuracy and perfectly aligned reverse stitches. The user can access 9 pre-programmed sewing patterns, and thanks to the built-in USB port, additional custom patterns can be uploaded according to production requirements.
Additional advantages include a modern control panel, an electromagnetic presser foot lifter, a large handwheel with built-in cooling fan for improved heat dissipation, and central lubrication of the mechanical system.
