This holder is a really useful and allows for keeping several scissors/shears in one place.
Time: about 30 – 45 minutes including preparation and cutting (depending on your level of advancement)

Materials: waterproof polyester, nylon, cordura, preferably something waterproof and strong

1. You can download the pattern by saving this sketch prepared in A4 format. If it is too small, simply enlarge it.

2. Start by cutting out two shapes from the pattern.



Make cuts in the area where there are lines in the middle, which will be the folds of the case.

3. Both parts should be sewn together with the right sides inwards, leaving a hole at the bottom for turning inside out.



Make some cuts on the rounded parts.

Fold the fabric following the lines on the pattern so that you know how they run.

4. Turn the case inside out, sew up the hole and lockstitch at the edge.



5. Now for the hardest part – folding the case. Follow the pictures below;












Your case is ready! Holds up to three pairs of shears. Isn’t it easy?
