HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Adjustable 1/4″ Foot with Guide
Expand your piecing precision with the Adjustable 1/4” Foot with Guide, specially designed to help you sew consistent 1/4″ (6 mm) or scant 1/4″ seams—an essential for quilting, patchwork, and detailed piecing. The foot includes a metal edge guide that ensures accurate alignment of your fabric for flawless results, every time.
The oval-shaped needle hole allows for flexible needle positioning, making it easy to fine-tune seam allowances depending on your project needs. Red markings on the foot provide visual guidance when sewing corners or aligning fabric edges.
This foot is also excellent for topstitching. Adjust the needle position and use the guide to stitch precisely along seams, edges, or design lines for clean, decorative finishes on quilts, garments, or home décor.
How to Use – Piecing:
Snap on the foot and select a straight stitch.
Use the center needle position for a true 1/4″ seam, or move the needle slightly right for a scant 1/4″.
Place fabric pieces right sides together and align the fabric edge with the guide.
Sew, keeping fabric touching the guide.
Press the seam.
Note: Do not use with a straight stitch needle plate. Adjust needle position based on fabric thickness.
How to Use – Topstitching:
Snap on the foot and select your desired stitch (straight, triple straight, mock hand quilting).
Use the guide to stitch along seams or fabric edges with high precision.
Use red markings for start/stop placement and turning corners.
