HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Adjustable 1/4″ Foot
The Adjustable 1/4” Foot is designed to help you achieve precise 1/4” (6 mm) or scant 1/4” (slightly less than 6 mm) seams, perfect for piecing projects. The foot features an oval-shaped needle hole allowing you to adjust the needle position for optimal seam placement. The distance between the center needle position and the guide is exactly 1/4” (6 mm), ensuring accurate sewing.
This foot is also excellent for topstitching. You can adjust the needle position and use the guide to place your stitching exactly where you want it on quilts, garments, or home décor projects.
Compatible with HUSQVARNA® VIKING® machine groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
Additional Features:

Red markings spaced 1/8” apart aid in navigating corners and fabric edges
How to Use for Piecing:
Snap on the Adjustable 1/4” Foot with Guide.
Select a straight stitch.
For a 1/4” (6 mm) seam, choose a centered needle position.
For a scant 1/4” seam, move the needle position one or two steps to the right.
Place the fabric pieces right sides together under the presser foot, aligning edges with the guide on the foot.
Sew, guiding the fabric so edges touch the guide.
Press the seam allowance.
Note: Depending on fabric and thread weight, you may need to adjust needle position for the perfect seam allowance. You can move the needle safely up to three steps left or right.
Do not use the Straight stitch plate with this foot.
How to Use for Topstitching:
Snap on the Adjustable 1/4” Foot with Guide.
Select straight stitch, triple straight stitch, or mock hand quilting stitch. Adjust needle position if needed.
Place your project under the foot so the guide runs in the seam ditch or along the fabric edge. Sew.
