HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Changeable Quilters Guide Foot
The HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Changeable Quilters Guide Foot, designed to work with the Dual Feed system and changeable presser feet, ensures even feeding of multiple layers of fabric and batting. It is ideal for quilting, sewing velvet, stretch fabrics, imitation leathers, and fabrics requiring precise pattern matching. This foot is especially useful for stitching in the ditch along seam lines, featuring guidelines that assist in accurately turning corners for ¼” (6 mm) or 1/8″ (3 mm) seams.
Compatible with HUSQVARNA® VIKING® machine groups 5, 6, 7, and 8.
Not compatible with EMERALD™ 122, 118, 116 machines, EDEN ROSE™ 250M, TRIBUTE™ 140M, 145M, and ONYX™ series.
How to Use:
Stitching in the ditch means sewing directly in the finished seam line.
Snap on the Changeable Quilters Guide Foot. Select the center needle straight stitch and adjust the stitch length up to 6.
Place the fabric under the foot, aligning the guide in the center of the foot with the seam line.
To pivot ¼” (6 mm) from the end, activate needle down using Needle Up/Down function. Sew until the front line on the foot aligns with the fabric edge, then raise the presser foot, pivot, and continue sewing.
The Dual Feed system ensures smooth and even feeding of multiple fabric layers.
