HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Fancy Trim Foot
The HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Fancy Trim Foot is specially designed to decorate your sewing projects with glittering, elegant sequins. This foot features a front groove that easily guides round sequins, allowing your sewing machine to stitch the fancy trim securely and invisibly in place. It works exclusively with circular sequins and adds a professional finish to garments, accessories, and home décor items.
Compatible with HUSQVARNA® VIKING® machine groups 1 through 9 (excluding EMERALD™ 122, 118, 116, EDEN ROSE™ 250M, TRIBUTE™ 140M, 145M, and ONYX™ series), this foot is a versatile tool for creative embellishment.
How to Use:
Thread your machine with invisible thread in the upper thread and regular sewing thread in the bobbin. Snap on the Fancy Trim Foot. Select a Hand Look Appliqué Stitch, set stitch length to 4.5, and adjust stitch width according to the size of your sequins. Use a TearAway stabilizer under your fabric for best results.
Slide your sequin trim into the groove at the front of the foot, ensuring a piece of trim extends under and beyond the foot before sewing.
Begin sewing slowly on a scrap piece of fabric to test the settings and fabric behavior, avoiding stitching through the sequins.
