HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Free Motion Echo Quilt Presser Foot (7, 8)
The Free Motion Echo Quilt Presser Foot is designed to provide greater control during free-motion quilting. Its large, clear base ensures excellent fabric contact and 360° visibility, allowing you to sew straight lines or follow patterns with curved edges in any direction. Vertical, horizontal, and circular markings on the foot help guide your stitching for precise quilting designs and continuous lines.
Compatible with HUSQVARNA® VIKING® machine groups 7 and 8.

How to Use:
Loosen the presser foot ankle screw completely and remove the ankle. Attach the Free Motion Echo Quilt Foot around the presser bar and secure it with the screw.
Thread your machine.
Select a straight stitch.
Set your machine to Free Motion Floating mode; the feed dogs will drop automatically. Note: In this mode, fabric feeding is manual—you move the fabric yourself.
Bring the bobbin thread to the top by taking one stitch, then hold both threads and sew a few stitches in place to start.
Maintain a steady speed and move the fabric smoothly to control stitch length.
Stitch around quilting motifs, appliqués, or patterns, keeping an even distance to outline shapes.
Sew a second row, keeping uniform spacing from the first using the foot’s red markings as a guide.
Repeat as desired to achieve your quilting effect.
Note: At low speeds in Free Motion Floating mode, the presser foot raises and lowers with each stitch to hold the fabric, while at higher speeds it floats smoothly over the fabric.
