HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Invisible Zipper Foot
The HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Invisible Zipper Foot is a specialized presser foot designed for precise and clean insertion of invisible zippers. Thanks to the two grooves located underneath the foot, the zipper coils are perfectly positioned and held in place as you sew, allowing for seamless stitching and a flawless finish. Once installed, the zipper becomes virtually invisible from the right side of the fabric, making it ideal for garments such as dresses, skirts, trousers, and decorative home projects where a concealed closure is desired.
This foot is intended for use before sewing the seam itself, ensuring the zipper is stitched neatly and accurately. The unique design enables the needle to sew close to the zipper coils without damaging them, and the grooves guide the zipper smoothly through the stitching process. For best results, it is recommended to use a zipper that is at least 1 1/4″ (3 cm) longer than the actual opening.
