HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Narrow Hem Presser Foot 5 mm

Compatible with Husqvarna® Viking® machine groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
This presser foot provides quick and consistent narrow hemming of 5 millimeters on light to medium weight fabrics. When hemming medium weight fabrics such as napkin edges, curtains, and ruffles, use a straight stitch length between 2.5 and 3 millimeters. For very lightweight fabrics such as silk scarves, batiste napkins, shirt hems, and lingerie, use a straight stitch length of 2 millimeters. Decorative stitches can also be used.
How to use:
Snap on the Narrow Hem Foot.
Press a double hem equal to the width of the tunnel on the underside of the foot in the first inch of the hem.
Place the fabric under the presser foot and sew several stitches along the edge of the hem.
Stop with the needle in the fabric, raise the presser foot, and pull the fabric edge up into the scroll/guide on the foot. Lower the presser foot and continue sewing. Do not help the fabric edge to roll; simply hold it vertically.
