The HUSQVARNA® VIKING® Specialty Candlewicking Foot is specially designed for creating decorative heirloom candlewicking stitches. The foot features a deep tunnel on the underside, allowing it to smoothly pass over the raised, dense stitches typical of candlewicking embroidery. This ensures consistent stitch quality and flawless results when using decorative or specialty threads.
Candlewicking involves creating thick, dimensional embroidery using a combination of knot-like stitches. This foot allows you to sew such stitches with ease on a wide range of fabrics, especially when doing embellishments on home décor, linens, and heirloom garments.
Compatible with HUSQVARNA® VIKING® machine groups: 1, 6, 7, 8, 9
Not compatible with IRIS™, SCANDINAVIA™ and EMERALD™ series.

How to Use:
Snap on the Specialty Candlewicking Foot.
Select a built-in candlewicking stitch or another decorative stitch on your machine.
Thread your machine with decorative thread on top and standard or embroidery bobbin thread below.
Place fabric under the foot and begin stitching.
The deep groove under the foot helps prevent skipped stitches and uneven feeding while sewing over thick stitch areas.
