The Walking Foot is ideal for sewing multiple fabric layers, matching plaids or stripes, and handling fabrics that are slippery, stretchy, or textured. The foot works in tandem with the machine’s feed dogs to evenly feed all fabric layers through the machine. It ensures that quilt layers don’t shift, stripes stay aligned, and tough materials like leather and vinyl move smoothly without slipping or bunching.

How to Use:
Remove the presser foot and ankle from the machine.
Attach the Walking Foot so that its lever rests on the needle clamp screw and secure it tightly to the presser bar.
Select a straight, zigzag, or similar stitch. Avoid using stitches with heavy reverse motion.
Note: As the needle moves up and down, the walking foot’s feed system moves in sync with the machine’s feed dogs to guide fabric layers evenly.
