The PFAFF® 7/9 Hole Cord Foot for IDT™ System makes it easy to add striking decorative effects to your projects by stitching over multiple cords at once. This foot can hold up to nine strands of embroidery floss, pearl cotton, or decorative threads, guiding them smoothly as you stitch over them using a utility or decorative stitch. Ideal for adding unique texture to garments, quilts, or home décor.

How to Use:
Cut cords to your desired length.
Thread cords from the top through the holes in the foot and pull them out under the back of the presser foot. Leave 4–5 cm (1½–2 inches) of tails behind the foot.
Snap on the 7/9 Hole Cord Foot.
Select a decorative stitch and sew over the cords to secure them in place.
Tip: Pearl cotton and embroidery twist threads are especially effective for this technique.
