PFAFF® Bi-Level Topstitch Foot for IDT™ System
Perfect Topstitching – Even on Bulky Fabrics

The PFAFF® Bi-Level Topstitch Foot is an essential accessory for achieving professional, evenly spaced topstitching and edge-stitching, especially on thick or layered fabric. The foot features a specially designed underside that levels the pressure on the fabric, allowing the foot to glide smoothly along the edge or seam — even when there’s a height difference in layers.

Whether you’re hemming jeans, sewing collars, attaching straps, or adding decorative seams, this foot ensures straight, consistent topstitching without distortion.

Compatible with PFAFF® machine groups:
D, E, G, J, K, L

Key Features:
Ideal for topstitching on thick, layered or uneven fabric surfaces

Bi-level underside compensates for fabric height differences

Great for hemming, edge-stitching, attaching trims or reinforcing seams

Excellent visibility and precision, thanks to the narrow profile

Designed for use with the IDT™ (Integrated Dual Feed) system

How To Use:
Snap on the Bi-Level Topstitch Foot to your machine.

Engage the IDT™ system to feed fabric evenly from top and bottom.

Select a straight stitch or a decorative topstitching stitch.

Align the inner left side of the foot with the fabric edge or fold.

Adjust the needle position to the left to set your preferred stitching distance from the edge.

Begin stitching, guiding the fabric evenly for a neat, balanced result.

Tip: Use a longer stitch length (e.g., 3.0–3.5) for a more professional-looking topstitch, especially when sewing heavier materials like denim, canvas, or corduroy.

Please make sure to mention your machine model in the order so we can send you the correct one.
