The PFAFF® Bias Binder is the perfect solution for creating beautifully finished edges on your sewing projects. Key Features:

Smoothly and precisely binds fabric edges using bias tape

Works with 24 mm wide unfolded bias tape

Delivers consistent, even results

Can be used with straight, zigzag, or decorative stitches for added flair

A great tool for garments, quilting, and craft projects

How To Use:

Remove the presser foot from your PFAFF® sewing machine and attach the Bias Binder.

Cut the starting end of the bias tape at a diagonal angle to help feed it smoothly into the binder.

Insert the bias tape into the scroll of the binder and pull it through to the back.

Adjust the position of the binder and/or the needle so the needle penetrates about 1 to 1.5 mm (1/16 inch) from the folded edge of the tape.

Sew approximately 25 mm (1 inch) of the tape alone before inserting the fabric.

Slide the fabric edge into the slot of the binder so that the raw edge is enclosed by the tape. The binder will automatically fold the tape around the fabric edge as you sew.

Guide the fabric steadily as you sew, allowing the Bias Binder to maintain an even fold and stitch line.

Tip: For a decorative finish, use a zigzag or ornamental stitch instead of a straight stitch.
