The PFAFF® Couching/Braiding Foot is perfect for adding decorative trims to your sewing projects. Use it to easily stitch over yarns, cords, narrow satin ribbons, soutache braid, and more using your machine’s decorative stitches. This foot guides the embellishment material perfectly as it’s stitched in place, allowing you to create bold textures, elegant trims, or unique artistic effects.

How to Use:
Use matching, invisible, or decorative embroidery thread to secure the cord or braid.
Insert the cord or tape into the front eyelet guide and pull it underneath the foot to the back.
Engage the IDT™ system (if available on your machine).
Select your desired stitch and sew along pre-marked lines or create free-form decorative lines and patterns.
Tip: Combine several cords or yarns and twist them together to create textured and colorful effects.
