The Open Toe Free-Motion Foot provides a clear view of your sewing area, making it excellent for free-motion sewing, quilting, stippling, and free-motion embroidery. This foot allows precise control and visibility for creative stitching.
How to Use:
Disengage the IDT™ system.
Remove the presser foot holder and attach the Open Toe Free-Motion Foot to the presser foot holder bar. The pin should align with the needle clamp screw.
Press the Open Toe Free-Motion Foot firmly from behind with your index finger and tighten the screw securely.
Lower the feed dogs.
Select a straight stitch.
Move your fabric manually at an even speed. Because the feed dogs are lowered, you must guide the fabric yourself. For consistent stitches, maintain a smooth, steady motion.
