PFAFF® Piping Foot for admire™ 1000 Overlock Machine

This foot is ideal for inserting packaged piping into seams and along fabric edges or for creating custom piping with your own fabric and cord.
The specially designed groove under the foot holds the piping securely in place, allowing for precise stitching and clean results. Whether you are adding decorative touches or reinforcing structural lines, this foot makes it easy to elevate your sewing projects.
How to Use:
To insert packaged piping into a seam:
Set the machine for the desired overlock stitch.
Snap on the Piping Foot.
Place the piping along the seam line on the right side of the fabric.
Lay the second piece of fabric on top, right sides together.
Align all layers under the Piping Foot with the piping nestled in the groove.
Sew—the groove will guide the piping for even insertion.
To create and insert custom piping:
Cut bias or crosswise fabric strips wide enough to wrap around the cord with seam allowance.
Place the cord on the wrong side of the fabric strip and fold the fabric over it.
Place the fabric-covered cord under the Piping Foot with the cord in the groove.
Sew—the groove ensures a smooth, guided stitch over the cord.
