PFAFF® Taping Foot
The PFAFF® Taping Foot is designed to apply seam tapes to seams in order to prevent stretching and provide extra stability. This foot is especially useful for reinforcing shoulder seams and other areas where added strength and durability are needed. By using the taping foot, you can stabilize and construct seams in a single step, improving the quality and longevity of your garments or projects.
How to Use:
Set your overlock machine to the 4-thread overlock stitch.
Place the seam tape into the guides on the foot.
Adjust the screw to match the width of the seam tape for perfect alignment.
Snap the taping foot securely onto your machine.
Sew the seam, allowing the tape to be applied smoothly and evenly.
Note:
For best results, use ¼” (8mm) wide seam tape.
