The function buttons can be used to change the size of the embroidery. The change can be between -20% and 20% of the original size.

100 stitches to choose from
The machine is equipped with 100 stitches. The set includes utility, satin, traditional, quilting and finishing stitches. Thereare also beautiful decorative stitches and special stitches to use. The selection of a specific stitch is performed using buttons.

Upper thread and bobbin thread break sensor
Redstar H400 has a upper thread break sensor. The machine will stop if the thread breaks.

Reverse sewing
The machine has a function of continuous reverse sewing.
START/STOP function
A function that allows the machine to operate without using the foot controller. Use the Start / Stop buttons to start sewing.
Positioning the needle in the UP / DOWN position
Needle stop position selection button up / down. A very convenient function that allows you to continue sewing after reaching a corner, for example. Stop the needle inserted into the fabric, change the fabric direction and continue sewing.
Automatic buttonholes
Redstar H400 embroidery machine makes 12 types of holes automatically to the size of the button and 1 “eyelet”.
Needle positioning
The needle positioning is a handy feature that allows you to sew accurately in difficult places. Especially useful when sewing in zippers or trimming with tape. There are 20 needle positions.
FIX function
The FIX function automatically ties the threads at the end of the stitching and prevents ripping. It is activated with the button. The activated function remembers to tie the threads.
Possibility to turn off the teeth
You can turn off (lower) the teeth to sew with other techniques. Particularly useful for embroidering or quilting with manual fabric guidance.
Twin needle sewing
We can use a twin needle with a different spacing of 2.5 – 6.0 mm for sewing. This way we will obtain a straight two needle stitch. The machine also has a protection against inserting a wrong twin needle.
STOP function
The machine can be stopped at any time.

Snap-on presser foot change
Allows easy replacement of the feet. Press the button, the foot falls onto the fabric. Then place a new presser foot and lower the lever. Click and the presser foot is ready for sewing.
Convenient thread cutter
The housing has a convenient thread cutter. There is no need to use scissors.
