The Siruba BT-438Q is a modern, electronically controlled 2-thread button sewing machine with a lockstitch. It is designed for sewing flat buttons as standard but can be adapted for shank (footed) buttons with optional parts. Equipped with a 550W energy-saving servo motor and stepper motors that control both the fabric and the presser foot, the BT-438Q delivers smooth, quiet, and accurate performance. The closed lubrication system ensures oil is delivered only to the hook mechanism, avoiding oil leakage from the needle bar area, thus eliminating the risk of fabric staining.
A newly engineered automatic thread trimming system leaves shorter thread ends after each cycle, improving the overall stitch appearance and removing the need for manual trimming. The touchscreen control panel is intuitive and user-friendly, offering real-time control over stitch length, width, and pattern settings. Users can create and save custom stitch programs and transfer them via the integrated USB port.
