The PFAFF® Applique Foot is designed for perfect, narrow, and densely satin-stitched appliqués. Its short toes increase visibility, making it easier to sew precise edges. This foot is ideal for stitching over a strand of crochet cotton to create shirring or for sewing a row of twin needle cording. Use the hand-look appliqué stitch to craft intricate appliqués and beautiful quilts with a professional finish.
How to Use:
Snap on the Applique Foot.
Select a zigzag stitch on your machine.
Decrease the stitch length to achieve a tight, dense satin stitch.
Place a stabilizer under the appliqué area to prevent fabric from stretching or shifting.
Stitch carefully over all edges of the appliqué to secure it and prevent fraying.
Use the “needle down” function (if available) to navigate smooth corners and curves with ease.
